I have always loved the Oil and Water routine, because it's so easy to follow but difficult to figure out.

One by one, you mix (or interlace) a red card with a black card, red black, red black, etc.   Then with a magical gesture, all the cards separate into all reds and all blacks!

Many versions require you to have special gaffed cards, but this version uses all regular cards to achieve the same effect!
