A Card Inside a Box Inside a Box Inside a Great Deal

This effect is pure class. You get two gorgeous wooden boxes crafted from the finest North American Walnut. Those are shown empty. You also get the Mystery Solved 2.0 gimmick, a small clear box. That is also shown empty.
Place the clear box in the smaller wooden box. Place the smaller wooden box inside the larger wooden box. Lock the box. Keep this on display for the rest of the performance.
A spectator then selects and signs a card. You make it vanish. Then, begin the meticulous process of opening each box. Somehow, a folded card has appeared in the clear box. You tip it out to reveal your spectator's card!

JUST FOR LAUGHS:
A male patient is lying in a hospital bed, wearing an oxygen mask over his mouth and nose.
A pretty, young, student nurse arrives to give him a sponge bath.
“Nurse,” he mumbles from behind the mask, “Are my testicles black?”
Embarrassed, the young nurse says, “I don’t know, sir - I’m only here to wash your upper body.”
The man repeats, “Nurse, please, I've got to know … are my testicles black?”
Worried something might be seriously wrong, she pulls back the covers, lifts his gown, holds his manhood in one hand and his testicles in the other, giving them a comprehensive inspection, even giving them a little jiggle.
After a minute, she says, “Sir, everything looks totally normal. Your testicles are not black.”
The man slowly pulls off his oxygen mask, smiles, and says,
“Thanks, Nurse - that was lovely of you, but I was asking, 'Are my test results back?'”
