How would you like to wake up and find a TIGER in your backyard? Well for one Las Vegas resident, that's exactly what happened when a tiger escaped from a magic act!
LAS VEGAS — Police in Las Vegas say a tamed tiger that escaped from a magic act has been captured.
Police say the residents in the city's northwest section reported seeing the tiger wandering their streets Thursday night.
Police Lt. Les Lane says the cat belongs to Fernando's Brothers magic act. He says the cat got loose, but "they got it back into custody."
The cat was found in a resident's backyard.
Animal Control and Metro Police are investigating the incident.

We just now heard that legendary magician Martin Nash has passed away. While I never had the opportunity to meet him, I have always admired his work and contribution to the industry.

Daniel's take on the classic Mystery Card plot. A card with an odd back is removed from your pocket as the 'prediction'. You have the spectator sign it across the back and it is placed securely into the card box - which is then held by the spectator.
You spread another deck and have a card selected. You ask the spectator if it matches the prediction in the case - but they find it has vanished. You tell them to turn over the card in their hand and it is the original signed prediction. A piece that Daniel performs on a daily basis. Super simple. Incredibly powerful.

An effect inspired by Dan Harlan's 'Traveling Cash' routine. A rubberband is stretched around the fingers of a spectator. A bill is folded over the top strand of the band.
With a subtle flick it penetrates directly through, leaving it wrapped around the second strand. Another pull and it penetrates directly through. All can be examined.

Thank you to everybody that showed up and participated in the iTricks clinic. I had a blast hanging out with you guys and this wasn't so much the clinic hosted by ME but hosted by all of us together. I wanted this to just be a fun time to jam out and chat, talk magic, and just hang as equals. Often times I see so many magicians use podcasts, videocasts, etc as soap boxes to drop names and talk about how great they are and it in no way relates to the people they are sharing this time with and only stroking their own ego and fueling their own self dellusions. I didn't want to be somebody like that but show you that I, like many people, started simple with the birthday parties and ran the gamut of all kinds of venues since I first started. I wanted to share that I'm not different, no more special or anything than anybody etc etc. Sure I had the couple shameless plugs haha but I hope that you all had fun and got something out of it and hopefully we can get together and party again some time soon. As I say in the beginning of literally every show: We are sharing what has been called your most valuable possession and that is your time because it is something that you give away and you can never get it back.
