Here are some common questions you might have about the Automatic Discount Level program:
1. Can I still use my Reward Points even if I'm already getting an Automatic Discount?
A: YES! Reward Points are not going away anytime soon. If you have them, you can use them......even if you're already getting this additional Automatic Discount!
2. Every month, I end up spending $300 or more which qualifies me for a free $30.00 credit into my account. Is that still happening, or is that going away?
A: It's STILL HAPPENING! That means currently, if you spend $300 or more in a single calendar month, you will still qualify to get a free $30.00 credit back into your account. But IN ADDITION, now you will also be bumped into the GOLD LEVEL Discount category, so you will additionally receive an automatic 7.5% discount off all your future orders for the next 30 days!
THIS IS HUGE FOR YOU BIG MONTHLY SPENDERS!
That means once you spend $300 or more, you get $30 in credit returned PLUS an entire MONTH of earning 7.5% off every single order you place!
3. I see that MJM Magic has occasional coupons (like the TIMBOMB discount). Will those still work even though I'm already getting an automatic discount?
A: YES! That's why this new feature is so crazy (it might just break the way we do business)!
Let's say that you're part of the PLATINUM Discount Level and earning an automatic 10% off all your orders. Now let's say that you have a 10% off coupon that we might be promoting. That means you'll get a combined 20% off your entire order!!!
4. If I want to make a purchase as a GUEST account, will I still qualify for the Automatic Discount?
A: No, unfortunately you need to have an account created in order for us to track your purchases. However, if you purchase as a guest, then you have the option to have an account created once you complete your purchase for future orders.
