Last year, the magic community welcomed Thomas Badar with open arms after the release of his fabulous trick, Drop. (If you missed that one, check it out here!)
During Blackpool this year, he revealed his long-awaited follow ups, and we're proud to introduce you to, Jupiter and Jupiter Prediction!
Badar has truly outdone himself in creating a routine around one concept: coincidence.
Every card in the deck has a pair. The two of clubs has the two of spades; the jack of diamonds has the jack of hearts… and with Jupiter, you will gain the power to connect those pairs across 2 halves of a shuffled deck.

You and a spectator each take and shuffle 26 cards. You instruct them to flip 1 over and insert it into the middle of the deck, and you write down a single number. Both halves are spread out, and you check the card in your pile at the location you wrote down as the spectator flips their card over. The two are pairs!
But that is not the actual coincidence. Flipping through the rest of the deck, you see that the top cards in each pile are also pairs. And the second. And third, fourth fifth, all the way down!

JUPITER PREDICTION - ADD ON
It’s clear that after creating the Jupiter gimmick, Badar’s mind kept turning through new applications. Lucky for us, he’s already decided to release an add-on, Jupiter Prediction!
Unlike most prediction effects, you can display the prediction from the minute the trick starts, a picture showing four cards. Once again, you and a spectator are given half of a deck, and each shuffle and turn one card upside down. Then you switch decks and do the same. Both halves are spread out on the table and you reveal the four cards that have been flipped match the prediction precisely!
