After Christmas Freebie, New LIVE Chat Support!

I sure you had a wonderful holiday weekend! Brandi and I sure did, which consisted of spending lots of time with our family and friends. Here is a little photo of both of us on Christmas Eve!

Now that it's Monday, we are excited to be back to work, processing all your orders and adding new products to the website. One of the things I personally wanted to do was give away some more stuff that we have in overstock. So for a very limited time (because we don't have that many), the next qualifying orders over $40.00 will get a free Instant Appearing Wand! It's perfect for all skill levels, and normally sell quite well in our store.

So here's what you need to do:

2. If you put $40.00 or more into your shopping cart, we will automatically include the free Instant Appearing Wand!

That's it! There are only a few rules and regulations.

Promotion Rules:

1. This doesn't apply to any orders placed prior to 12/27/10 at 9:00am, nor can we extend this after we have given away all of our units. Sorry, no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

2. The promotion only applies to SINGLE orders. You cannot place two separate orders of $20.00 and then get the $40.00 freebie.

3. The $40 spent cannot include shipping, tax, or discounts. An order of $35.00 with a $5.00 shipping charge doesn't qualify because you are only spending $35.00 in merchandise. Likewise, an order of $40.00 prior to using a 10% discount coupon will not apply because you are not spending the full $40.00 in our store.

4. If this item is added to your shopping cart automatically, but then you fail to meet any of the above rules, we will manually remove it from the final order if you don't spend the minimum $40.00 after shipping or discounts are factored in.

5. Once all supplies are gone, the promotion will abruptly end.

We are constantly looking at better ways to serve our customers, and last week, we secretly introduced our Live Chat Support system on our website. It's been running smoothly since we incorporated it into our website, and we've already been helping many customers in real time, no waiting!

How does it work? Simply go to, and you will see a new GREEN BUTTON on the right hand side of our page. It will tell you if we are ONLINE or OFFLINE. If we are online and you click it, it will take you to a chat screen where you can interact with us in real time, asking your questions and getting quick service from us. If we are offline, then the button will take you to our normal contact page where you can email us.

Typically, we try to have someone online in the chat support room during our regular business hours, but when things get particularly busy around here (usually in mid-afternoon when we're processing all the daily orders), we may go offline to get them out of the store quickly. However, if you see us online and you have a question, please feel free to use this new system instead of sending an email.

We've always been known in the industry as focusing highly on customer service above all else. This was just one of the ways we are ever-improving and bringing us all closer together! It's been something I've wanted to do for awhile but never had the opportunity to implement on the site until now.
