Aside from the Invisible Deck, I'd say the Brainwave Deck is right up there as being the most popular card trick to perform.

The spectator imagines a playing card. They literally THINK of a card. You then hand them the deck and have them find the card themselves. Up until this point, you never knew their card, so it's impossible for you to have done anything to the card.
You remove it, and then instruct them to "imagine your card being completely different than the rest."
They turn over the card and it's the ONLY CARD in the entire deck that has a different color back!
