You've Never Seen a Torn Card Do This
The best magic happens in motion
When I meet someone knew, my first question is always "What's your favorite torn and restored effect and why is it Menny Lindenfeld's Tornimation?"
While, it hasn't been that helpful in the dating scene, it sure gets the magicians talking!
Tornimation is the final evolution of the torn-and-restored-card, adding one insane magical moment while still leaving your spectator with an impossible souvenir.
Your spectator selects a card, and you rip it in half. Then you rip one of the halves in half. By the sheer force of your will, you reattach a quarter of the card. Most TNRs would end here, but Menny takes it a step further.
That quarter begins move! It slides along the the torn edge before settling in the center. Once its migration is complete, you can hand out the card as a souvenir with no switches.
