I Spy
MJM Magic isn't just a business -- we're a family run business, and we LOVE spending time with our family!
The other day, while Brandi was at Target, I had the pleasure of listening to my two daughters play "I Spy" to occupy time. For those who don't know, I Spy is a game where the observer will look at something, and say, "I spy with my little eye, something that's [fill in the blank]." Then the person playing the game will try and guess what that thing is.
Well, my kids were playing it the goofy way. They would basically spy something with their eye and then immediately reveal what they were looking at! What made it especially funny was Katelyn, my 2 year old, who picked the strangest (and sometimes incoherant) things to say.
This is a little long, but as a proud father, I could watch it over and over again! I just wanted to share it with my MJM Magic family online because you guys are all important to me, and your support of our store and products also helps me support my kids below.

Just in case you were wondering, Little Man is alive and well and in the middle of the very complex process of being manufactured. Pieces are being assembled. Finished components are stacking up. Tiny bits of secret stuff are being machined and fabricated. Four very skilled dedicated people are working full time to insure that LM is finished as soon as humanly possible. Sometimes parts are delayed or not available. Sometimes we have to wait in line for a certain bit of machining or mold making to be completed. Sometimes something or other blows up and we have to re-make it. Everything is being done that I and the team can think of to get the little guy out of the shop and into your hands as soon as possible.
Despite all my best smarty pants calculation, There seems to be no known formula for accurately predicting exactly when this process will be completed. All I can promise here is that LM will be finished..and it will be perfect when its done.

Blue Rabbit Items are back!
It's been a long time since we did this, but I felt it was time to resurrect our Blue Rabbit specials!
What is a Blue Rabbit Item?
In a nutshell, ask yourself this question: how many times have you seen a BLUE rabbit before? That's right, never....unless you were under the influence of some very powerful hallucinogenic drugs!
Well at MJM Magic, we have some items that we will randomly throw under our New Items section of the store. Like a blue rabbit, these items will be listed at prices that you have never seen! We are talking about things that will be listed at HUGE DISCOUNTS, and only in very small quantities. Once they sell, they will be gone and removed from the site.
Just like a Blue Rabbit, you may THINK you saw it, but it will be gone so fast, you will doubt if it was only in your imagination!
You never know WHEN these little goodies will pop up. We may do many in one day, or wait a week and then throw one on the site! All you have to remember is this:

New Tenyo Magic Items
Hey guys! We just got a new shipment of Tenyo items that we've never carried before. Thought you might like to check them out.
Three coins are borrowed and placed into a plastic case. A small sheet of paper is placed over the coins and the lid is closed. Three pencils are thrust through the case and penetrate the solid coins. When the paper is pulled out, the coins can still be seen where the pencils were inserted. Everything can be examined. Includes case and full routine.

Off topic: Funny video!
Hey everyone! Every now and then, I like to post personal updates and videos from my family, just to open up and invite you into my world a little bit!
The other day, our youngest daughter (Katelyn) went to go play in our front room. When he hadn't heard her make any noise for a few minutes, my wife got up to investigate. What she found was hilarious! Katelyn had fallen asleep in a SITTING position!
Sorry for the crappy cell phone video but it was the only thing we could get at the time. I got a new HD Flip Camera coming soon though!

Who needs an Ultracinese?

People Keep Hitting the MJM Lottery!
Wow, what a great month March was, and it's already continuing into April! I am not just talking about our numbers and how great business is doing (which is also going awesomely). I'm mainly referring to our Order Lottery and all the WINNERS that have reaped the benefits of shopping with us!
As you may (or may not) know, anyone who shops with MJM Magic has a random chance of getting a $25.00 gift certificate which I cover out of my own pocket. It's a way to make shopping with us fun and exciting!
We launched it back in early February, and we saw our first (and only winner) for that month on February 6th. Just when I was beginning to think that the program I wrote was too tough to win, BOOM-SHAKA-LAKA! It starts to rain winners in March!
In March, we had a record FIVE winners alone, and two of them happened on the same day! And so far in April, we've already had one lucky winner!
